I purchased this ball to sit on while at my home computer. Not only does it help to strengthen my posture, but it comes in handy to do other fit exercises as well (crunches, etc). It is very durable, and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a sturdy and fun exercise option.

unfortunately, i must agree with the reports of other customers who received the wrong size excercize ball when ordering. the ball received was 65cm (possibly 55), not the 85cm that was ordered. i was hopeful that the issue would be corrected by now, but alas it is not.
the included pump also came apart while inflating the ball, due to bad glue... hopefully there is a better / more accurate product somewhere else.
