Although this mini fit ball appeared to be of good quality, it was far larger than the advertised 7 inches. Gently inflated, the diameter of the ball was at least 9.5 inches. OK but not for what I needed (Pilates mat work). I returned the product to Amazon at their cost for shipping because of this error.
Well so far I have been using this as a resistance in between my knees and for my lateral crunches only.Its the right size for me , I am only 5'4" and 116 lbs.
However the material feels not as strong as the THeraband type ball but so far no problem yet but I dont use it for my back extension and abs work.
